Refund Policy
We do refunds on any orders unless it was our fault, and we offer exchanges if it is not the right size, and shipping is applied.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us on Instagram @marlin_comodo. If your exchange is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to drop off your item. Items sent to us without an exchange request will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any questions at Marlincomodo.net or on our Instagram account @marlin_comodo.
Please be sure to inspect upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Items Not Returnable
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on perishable goods or some custom-made items.
If a wrong product was received, the exchange will be provided free of charge.
